Babu has been with Phykon Solutions since it’s inception. He holds the vision of Phykon Solutions and is committed to offering a level of service unparallel to any other Business Processes Outsourcing Company in the world. He has decided that it is best if a company focus on one thing and for Phykon Solutions that is Ecommerce Customer Support.

Babu has 23 years of IT experience, allowing him to lead his team through the constantly changing environment of Information Technology. Prior to creating Phykon Solutions Babu was Executive Vice President of Software Development for Sequiter Inc. His responsibilities included leading a team through the evolution of present day coding technology. Before babu entered the world of IT he was a scientist for the Indian Space Research Organization, where he assisted in developing the in-house software used in rockets.

Prathish Vijay has been Executive Vice President and Director of Operations, Phykon Solutions India, since November 2006. He is responsible for all Phykon Solutions’ services in India including customer support, marketing research, software, and staffing and development.

Vijay brings 15 years of IT experience to Phykon Solutions and has successfully created a branded and trusted service our clients can depend on. Vijay has hand selected most of our agents on our India team and believes that continuous training and development is what allows us to offer such a high level of service.

Mithun Gopal has been with Phykon Solutions since 2006. His responsibilities began with leading the Transition Team to make smooth transfers of our new clients. He and his team also keep our clients close to their customer by regularly statusing with them on feedback received from shoppers.

Mithun joined our company as a floor manager and knows the ins and outs of Business Processes Outsourcing. He was promoted to Executive Vice President, Director of Customer Relations to lead and spread his knowledge. He has done an excellent job and getting to know our clients and their customers on a personal level and has taught our team the difference between good and great ecommerce customer service.
