With 82 production seats, conference hall, discussion room, centralized air-conditioning, power room, high-security server room with restricted access and cafeteria, it is a great environment to work from. Uninterruptible Power – 100% Uptime Guaranteed

The facility is stable on Power with generators and backup generators and UPS. These two stand-by facilties together with the main power system ensures 100% power assurance. Power failure never comes in the way of our support operations.

Communication Systems – State of the Art

A robust telephony system with asterisk servers work in an inbound/outbound blended architecture forms the heart of our voice based services infrastructure. The telephony system provides all industry standard features including Smart Predictive Dialing, IVR, Call Queues, Ring Groups, 100% Voice Recording and Live Call Monitoring among other features. Our center runs on a highly scalable leased line connectivity and twin back-up lines. This redundant architecture of our servers combined with the backup lines provides your customers 100% uptime – 24×7.

Our systems are capable of generating extensive reports that provide vital information about productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. Reports are customized as per requirements.
