Our centrally controlled electronic access control system allows only authorized personnel to gain entry into the facility. Strategically placed surveillance cameras record each and every activity on the floor. Removable drives (CD, DVD, USB) are disabled on all production machines. Separate arrangement to store mobile phones, bags and other personal belongings of the agents is provided outside the production area and hence the production area is maintained as a mobile/gadget free zone. The above are in addition to the security personnel scanning entry and exit to and from the production area - 24x7
Network Security - Zero Data Loss/Theft Guaranteed
All workstations have regularly updated antivirus and antispyware installed. All machines reside inside our firewalled domain control system. Our network firewall blocks all unauthorized internal or external access attempts. It allows access to only required and pre-specified network resources. Program access restrictions and internet access restrictions on the domain controller further helps in preventing unauthorized use of the network.

A robust telephony system with asterisk servers work in an inbound/outbound blended architecture forms the heart of our voice based services infrastructure. The telephony system provides all industry standard features including Smart Predictive Dialing, IVR, Call Queues, Ring Groups, 100% Voice Recording and Live Call Monitoring among other features. Our center runs on a highly scalable leased line connectivity and twin back-up lines.
