Getting Started
The Process
  • We begin transition by getting our Transition Team trainers familiar with your product and your customer. This is done over the phone and through questionnaires
  • Our Transition Team Trainers then begin to train our agents. This can happens in as little as three days but it does depend on the complexity and/or the amount of different products you carry as well as your customer's needs
  • The call center agents will then enter a skill assessment phase to make sure they are representing the product correctly
  • The call center is then launched in a pilot phase with all the agents' calls being monitored by our transition team trainers
  • Once everything is up to expectations we will exit the pilot phase and begin full operation
Technology
  • We will provide the IVR with the voice menu your customers will reach when calling your 1-800 number. This voice menu will be customized for your business or brand.
  • If you need help setting up a toll free 1-800 number we can help.
  • Other than that it's like forwarding a call so there is not too many technological requirements.
