The client wanted our Innovation <a href=\"https:\/\/phykon.com\/blogs\/why-are-in-house-call-centres-more-expensive\/\">Center <\/a>to find out if there was a more efficient way to handle those routine requests using RPA assisted chat support with minimal impact on satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solutions:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team went to work to develop an AI-based solution that could help end users solve this task without intervention from the tech support team, take relevant action to fix the problem, or know when to hand the end user off to a technician to solve the problem. The solution we developed was an intelligent chatbot built on Phykon\u2019s RPA reference <a href=\"https:\/\/phykon.com\/blogs\/continue-to-deliver-exemplary-service-even-during-unprecedented-times\/\">framework<\/a>. This framework contains log data analysis, <a href=\"https:\/\/phykon.com\/blogs\/is-automation-a-new-mode-of-business-process-management-bpm\/\">natural <\/a>language processing, classification algorithms, and closed-loop process automation capabilities. For example, if a user types, \u201cI can\u2019t access the lead management system,\u201d our chatbot understands the intent of the message and passes on the context to an <a href=\"https:\/\/phykon.com\/blogs\/measurement-and-improvement-of-customer-experience-with-net-promoter-score-nps\/\">AI engine<\/a> to analyze the logs.
