    Identifying key requirements and expectations. Functional and technical requirements documented after identification.

Job Description:

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning, design, optimization maintenance, measurement and reporting of Phykon's websites, social media, click-to-customer-service, and demand generation programs to increase brand awareness and preference, generate qualified leads, improve customer service and deepen customer engagement across all lines of business.


  • Manage and create content, optimize for SEO(Search Engine Optimization) / SEM (Search engine Marketing) and develop strategies which increases online traffic and achieving customer acquisition targets with maximum efficiency
  • Propose, plan and implement social media strategies including social media engagement, brand awareness campaigns ,web development and ensure deliverables are completed on-time and within budget
  • Develop accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI) of online activity
  • Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of company websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage email marketing programs
  • Contribute to company and industry blogs and manage e-communications
  • Assist with paid media - including liaising with digital advertising agencies
  • Recommend and manage content marketing and digital PR
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality and cost-effective
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.
